We use the best potatoes the land has to offer to ensure we provide the best possible products to our loyal customers.

Introducing the star performers…

Maris Piper – these firm creamy yellow fleshed tubers keep their colour and have superb flavour making them an excellent salad, boiled or steamed potato.Estima – its wonderful firm, moist texture and mild flavour makes for exceptional baking potatoes.

Marfona – this short, oval shaped potato with a smooth texture lends itself perfectly to mash, wedges and Potato Dauphinoise.

Melody – this potato is a smooth skinned potato with a yellow flesh, which is quite dry. Ideal for mashing, boiled or wedges.

Charlotte – is a winner for salads. Its long oval shape, yellow flesh, firm waxy texture and a hint of chestnut flavour, makes it a tempting portion.

Maris Peer – this small, salad potato with its light, fresh flavour and light yellow skin and flesh are ideal boiled, steamed or roasted whole.

Saphire – this oval shaped spud has white skin and is perfect for mash.

King Edwards – for much of the 20th C this potato has been the most popular in Britain. This potato is commonly available across major retailers and are recognisable from its creamy coloured skin with light red blushes. Perfect for roast potatoes, jacket potatoes and chips.

Desiree – with an oval shape, smooth red skin, pale creamy yellow flesh and great taste, the world’s most popular red skinned potato is a favourite for roasting and wedges.
